Veteran eMINTS teacher portfolios
All veteran eMINTS and eMINTS4All teachers who have completed their professional development programs (in Missouri and other states) with certified specialists from the PD4ETS program or eMINTS staff members can find information about portfolio submissions now.
Comprehensive eMINTS and eMINTS4All in Year 2 of their PD (both in Missouri and other states) who are not required by a grant program to submit portfolios but would like to submit may also register from the same page. Upon completion of registration, eligible teachers will be enrolled in an online Moodle course to receive complete instructions and submission information.
The deadline for registering is October 15, 2008. Portfolios are due on the same schedule as other FY08 Cohort Year 2 teachers.

Teachers Teaching with Technology™ (T³) and Texas Instruments conference
Teachers Teaching with Technology™ (T³) and Texas Instruments invite interested MO teachers to join them for exciting, activity-packed days focused on mathematics and science. November 6 - 8 in Overland Park, KS and November 14 - 15 in the Parkway School District in St. Louis. Come learn how to successfully incorporate TI technology into your lessons and further enhance student assessment and achievement.
T³ professional development is based on proven research and professional wisdom. This conference is a great opportunity to experience hands-on training and product demonstrations. Digital photo contest
Tech & Learning invites K-12 students to participate in Portraits of Learning, the seventh annual digital photography contest. Deadline has been extended to October 17, 2008. The competition, open to all K-12 students, challenges you to capture - and share - your unique vision of the world. If you have an artistic side, you also have the option to digitally enhance your photos with your favorite imaging software. The best digitally enhanced photo wins a special prize from Adobe. Other prizes include a digital camera, Adobe Photoshop Elements and more.
