eMINTS Advisory Board tours Columbia and Hallsville eMINTS and eMINTS4All classrooms
The eMINTS Advisory Board toured eMINTS and eMINTS4All classrooms in Columbia (Blue Ridge Elementary) and Hallsville (Hallsville Elementary and Middle School) prior to their business meeting on Thursday, September 25. Dr. Bernie Dodge noted, "This is one of the best classroom visits I have ever been on. eMINTS classrooms are always great places to see the best in uses of technology and teachers helping kids to really learn how to think."
Special thanks to all the teachers and students for sharing their learning experiences.
FREE science resources
Check out the great free digital resources available at Teachers' Domain - a National Science Digital Library (NSDL) program - http://www.teachersdomain.org
These resources have been collected and organized by WGBH-TV, the PBS station that produces NOVA. All that is required is a short registration and the resources may be used in your classrooms. Check out the great interdisciplinary connections and correlations to state standards.
