Professional development programs
eMINTS Comprehensive PD

The eMINTS Comprehensive Professional Development Program is provided to official eMINTS teachers who have the full suite of required hardware and software. This two-year program is comprised of more than 250 contact hours delivered face-to-face and online by eMINTS staff members and by certified eMINTS Instructional Specialists who have successfully completed the Professional Development for Education Technology Specialists (PD4ETS) program.
The eMINTS Comprehensive Professional Development Program
has been awarded the ISTE
Seal of Alignment demonstrating full alignment with all of ISTE's National
Educational Technology Standards for Teachers (
NETS•T™).
eMINTS was the first professional development program
in the world to achieve this degree of full alignment.

eMINTS4All
In schools implementing the eMINTS instructional model for school-wide improvement, a subset of eMINTS PD called eMINTS4All is available to teachers assigned to classrooms above and below the grade levels where teachers involved in eMINTS PD are assigned. eMINTS4All includes 90 contact hours over a two-year period.

PD4ETS
A two-year “train-the-trainer” program designed to prepare individuals to deliver eMINTS PD and eMINTS4All to educators in their settings. PD4ETS includes a rigorous certification process with significant levels of support from eMINTS staff both on and off site.

Veteran eMINTS teacher programs
eMINTS provides several options for veteran eMINTS teachers to continue their involvement with high-quality professional development and collaboration. Options include subscription to an online collaborative space for teachers who have completed eMINTS PD, eMINTS Winter Conference and Summer Institutes. The veteran program continues the learning experiences eMINTS teachers need to sustain the teaching practices, instructional techniques and technology skills gained in eMINTS PD.

eMINTS Leadership Institute
The eMINTS Leadership Institutes in Missouri are designed to help teams of educators develop a deeper understanding of how to improve learning with technology integration (eMINTS) and promote systemic change in their schools and districts. These 2-year planning and collaboration programs are designed for grant-funded districts in Missouri but are open to any district interested in developing proposals for eMINTS implementations.

eMINTS for Administrators (eMINTS4Admin)
Seminars provide principals and other school or district administrators involved in the implementation of the eMINTS instructional model with the knowledge, skills and support needed for a successful school-wide implementation of the model. eMINTS4Admin begins with a day-long face-to-face session and continues throughout the year with a series of online learning experiences.

eMINTS for Technology Coordinators (eMINTS4Tech)
Sessions provide technology coordinators and other technical staff involved in the implementation of the eMINTS instructional model with the knowledge, skills and support needed for a successful school-wide implementation of the model. eMINTS4Techs begins with a day–long face-to-face session and continues throughout the year via online collaboration tools.

Sessions provide special educators and general classroom teachers working with students who have disabilities and other challenges in settings involving the eMINTS instructional model with background information about the eMINTS program and the knowledge and skills needed to adapt the eMINTS instructional model for student success.

Customized professional development workshops and consultation
includes a variety of partial-day and multi-day workshops for educators. Consultation
