Enrollment procedures
Use the electronic enrollment form provided (PDF 138 KB) and enter the appropriate course number for the eMINTS program and year that you are attending. (Choose the ONE course in which you are participating and double-check that you have the entered the correct section number.)

Make sure your social security number and signature are on the enrollment form. In addition, if you use a credit card you will need to include the card verification number (the three-digit number on the back of the card in the signature block).

Forms for the spring 2008 semester are due by September 22, 2008.
Payment information
MSU requires a $60 tuition down payment upon registration. You may attach a check to your registration form or provide credit card information. This $60 is applied toward your total tuition cost and is not an additional fee. You must pay the entire tuition fees by September 22 to avoid being dropped from the course.
Moodle information
Students will receive information from their graduate course facilitator about accessing and using the eMINTS Moodle space. Graduate credit courses will be presented in Moodle (http://campus.emints.org) rather than in Blackboard, effective fall 2008.
Dropping a course
Please be sure you want to complete the graduate credit course, including all assignments listed on the syllabus, before sending in an enrollment form. If you find that you must drop the course, you will need to send an e-mail requesting to drop to Karen Copeland at karencopeland@missouristate.edu.
