eMINTS Comp

The comprehensive program assists teachers to obtain leverage with the power of technology and research-based pedagogy and leads students to become collaborators, innovators, and problem-solvers. Taught in interactive group sessions, blended online delivery, and strengthened by in-classroom coaching/mentoring, teachers maximize their classroom  facilitation techniques to deepen learning.

eMINTS4All

This abbreviated version of eMINTS Comp is designed for less intensive implementations. Consisting of fewer objectives,  these sessions are still taught in interactive group sessions, blended online delivery, and strengthened by in-classroom coaching/mentoring. This program can be delivered effectively by using district located eMINTS Affiliate Trainers for professional development and collegial sharing.

eMINTS Affiliate Trainers

This train-the-trainer program allows school districts to obtain eMINTS certified facilitators to deliver professional learning and in-classroom coaching activities within their school buildings. Participants gain access to eMINTS program materials, including tips and instructions for meeting the needs of adult learners, while modeling research-proven instructional strategies.  Affiliate Trainers gain the knowledge and skills necessary to implement the eMINTS Instructional Model, provide effective in-classroom coaching support, and to deliver high quality professional development to their district peers.

eMINTS for Administrator

The eMINTS for Administrator program provides resources, experiences, and support to building principals wishing to lead, mentor, and coach instructional changes taking place within their schools. Using blended methods that meet the needs of busy administrators, we model and promote digital leadership using skills honed for leaders in 1:1 and other innovative teaching environments.

I was already working with online tools before joining the eMINTS grant, but never to the extent eMINTS has taken us. I have learned so many new tools and ways to use tools I had played with before. I am extremely lucky to be part of the eMINTS Team with all the crazy going on with Covid-19, because it has prepared me to be much more effective as an online teacher!
