Through research-based professional development, we give educators the tools, strategies, and confidence to create classrooms where students are genuinely engaged – asking questions, solving problems, and driving their own learning. eMINTS Affiliate Trainer Program
The eMINTS Affiliate Trainer PD is a cohort-based train-the-trainer experience that empowers educators with over 110 hours of blended professional learning and individualized support. Participants master the eMINTS Instructional Model – a framework for creating inquiry-rich, collaborative classrooms – and develop the facilitation and coaching skills needed to lead high-quality professional development in their own districts. This pathway builds a collaborative community of expert trainers and increases instructional capacity at scale.
eMINTS Comprehensive Program
The eMINTS Comprehensive PD is a dynamic professional learning journey designed for educators who aspire to create inquiry-rich, technology-enhanced classrooms built on collaboration and authentic learning. Through interactive group sessions, blended online modules, and in-class coaching, teachers deepen their practice, earn eMINTS certification, and learn how to guide students as collaborators, innovators, and real-world problem solvers.
eMINTS4ALL
eMINTS4All offers a streamlined, flexible version of the comprehensive program that brings the power of the eMINTS Instructional Model to districts seeking a less intensive yet highly effective professional development pathway. With cohort-based learning, blended delivery, and practical coaching support, eMINTS4All helps teachers elevate instruction, boost student engagement, and integrate inquiry and digital tools with confidence.
Design Through Inquiry
Design Through Inquiry (DTI) – originally developed through a U.S. Department of Education Supporting Effective Educator Development (SEED) grant – immerses educators in two years of sustained, evidence-based professional development focused on inquiry, design thinking, and STEM integration. Educators refine their instructional craft by designing authentic, problem-solving learning experiences that promote critical thinking and innovation, helping students tackle real challenges with creativity and purpose.
eMINTS4Admin
eMINTS4Admin is a professional learning resource tailored for school leaders who are driving instructional transformation. This program supports administrators in developing digital leadership skills, coaching capacity, and strategic insight to guide technology-enriched teaching and learning. Through targeted content and practical frameworks, principals and leaders gain the tools to mentor teachers and foster sustained instructional improvement.
